Yitzhak Apeloig
Chairman of the Board of Directors, age 52. Managing partner and founder, together with the late
prominent businessman Dan David, of ATE Technology Equipment B.V., which is the controlling
shareholder of the Company. Mr. Apeloig held senior management positions in leading Israeli
industrial, commercial and infrastructure companies.
Mr. Apeloig is a CPA and holds a B.A. cum laude in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University.

Yair Fudim
Served as the vice president of Leumi & co. Investment Bank; and as of 1987, served as vice president
of Clal Issuing Ltd., part of the Clal group. For several years, he served as the director of the securities
stock market as well as being the chairman of the securities stock market committee.
Following his retirement from the Clal group, he joined Aharon Dovrat and Yitzhak Shrem, and
together they founded the Dovrat-Shrem company. That same year, he founded the subsidiary Leader
Holdings and Investment and has been serving as the company's CEO ever since. Yair Fudim was
also a partner in the establishment of Leader Capital Markets in 2000, serving as the company's active
chairman. Yair Fudim is also currently serving as the chairman of Yelin-Lapidot. He has been active for
many years in the Israeli capital market and his expertise is among others in managing, consulting and
aiding companies that seek to raise capital in the stock market.

Yossi Zeitune
Leader Holding's financial vice president since 2010. Among his previous positions, he served as the
financial vice president of Leadmas (LDMS), as financial manager in Matrix and as financial vice
president of Tippcom. He is a graduate of PWC, Israel (Kesselman & Kesselman); holds a B.A. degree
from the accounting and business management department of the Management College and an
M.A.from the Bar-Ilan University department of law.
